plan a gala with your friends.
find a time everyone's free, sort out the driving, and keep track of what you spend. no group-chat chaos.
name your group
how it works
- name your group and share the one invite link. only you need an account, nobody else signs up.
- everyone adds the hours they are busy, usually by pasting their class schedule from AISIS, CRS, Animo.Sys, myUSTe or myMapua, or by importing a calendar file.
- the app shows the days and times your whole barkada is free, and you pick one.
- from there: add stops and get drive times, sort out who rides in which car, set a budget, and settle up at the end in the fewest transfers.
questions
is it free?
yes, and it runs in a browser, so there is no app to install.
does everyone need an account?
no. only the person who starts the group, which is what keeps the group theirs if they change phone or clear their browser. everyone else just opens the link.
is my class schedule private?
a calendar file you import is stripped to times as it is read, so subject names, course codes and room numbers are never stored and the group only ever sees when you are busy. a schedule you type or paste yourself keeps the labels you wrote, because you can see what you are sharing.
